On July 20,2001, Drs. Don and Sang Harrison filed a Federal Lawsuit against Dr. Steve Troyanovich, MPAmedia (Don Petersen), and Foot Levelers, Inc. under Civil Action No. 01-1301 in Peoria, Illinois. The Harrisons’ suit claims that a text written by Dr. Troyanovich on structural rehabilitation of the spine and posture is a copyright infringement of the Harrisons’ copyrighted texts. This Troyanovich text was advertised and published by MPAmedia of California and used as the basis of seminars sponsored by Foot Levelers and taught by Dr. Troyanovich.

            Foot Levelers, Inc. has tentatively agreed to settle with the Harrisons by paying an undisclosed sum and agreeing to cancel their future sponsored seminars with the disputed materials taught by Dr. Troyanovich. The lawsuit against Troyanovich and Petersen continues.
