What is
your posture?
To check your posture, stand squarely in front of a mirror and
relax your entire body. Next, close your eyes, nod head up and down, then stop
in the center where you feel your normal posture is. Now without moving, open
your eyes and look at your posture. Compare one side to the other without
moving. Some common postural distortions are found in the diagram below. If
you have any of these, it indicates abnormality and spinal subluxation. The
only doctor qualified to fix this problem is a Doctor of Chiropractic trained in
Chiropractic BioPhysics.

Drs. Don Harrison and Gregg Carb.
